Our Covid-19 Response


Anthony Gallo Nursery is committed to the health and safety of the communities that we serve. Our team is working closely with government guidelines and updating policies as the crisis continues to evolve. Below are measures that we are taking to ensure the safety and health of our team and customers. Please see the measure that we are taking below. 

Safe Delivery Measures:

Setup is included with every Christmas Tree delivery. You have two options to choose from:

Standard Delivery: Our team will enter home to set up the tree where you would like. Customer must be home at the time of delivery.
Contactless Delivery: Our team will not enter your home. Tree will be cut, installed in stand, and left at your door.  If you are not purchasing a stand through us and will like us to set your tree in your stand - please leave the stand outside your door.  Customer must be home at time of delivery.

Team Health & Safety Guidelines 


Each of our team members are given a health & safety kit that they are required to use when delivering/installing for your Christmas Tree. The health and safety kit includes:

 



Anthony Gallo Nursery Team


Our team will be performing frequent and routine wellness checks to ensure that our team members are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID. This wellness check will be a resource for our team and will help guide them with necessary next steps to take in the event they are experiencing symptoms of covid. 


Our Team members are asked to check their temperature daily and monitor their conditions before going on the job. We ask that our team to use responsible judgement and do not go out on a job if they are feeling any symptoms of covid (cough, fever, loss of taste, shortness of breath etc.)
